Originally the website acted as an online diary of a British chap by the name of Pete Taylor. Pete’s a massive baseball fan, and decided to spend a season in the USA visiting every major league (and many minor) baseball grounds. Also a big music fan, he managed to slip in quite a few rock and roll type destinations as well.

Pete’s adventures and photographs made interesting and humorous reading as his travels unfolded. Some great encounters and the odd mishap, but all together a very successful trip. So successful in fact that Pete managed to sell the idea to a publisher and now his book of his adventure has been published – entitled ‘Brit at the ballpark’.
